107 East Elm
The site at 107 East Elm has undergone several reconstructions and changes in occupancy over the last century:
1899-1904: 107-115 block was constructed by H. L. Crosby.
April 24, 1909: A fire destroyed all buildings on the north side of East Elm between the alley north of Market Street and Franklin Street.
Late 1909: Perkins Brothers purchased the location from H.L. Crosby after reconstruction of the block.
December 1955: Jerry Moyers purchased Perkins Brothers and it became Moyers Department Store.
June 1970: Carl Davis Western Auto moved into this location from 304 North Main.
September 1995: Odyssey Family Recreation opened.
October 1996: Calico Junction opened.
May 2018: Culture Club opened at the address.
